Here is the story
I sold some OEM over 18 months ago and was owing fees.
I was out of the country for a while and using a different email
eBay have said that they will not give me permission to sell on the account which is ridiculous.
As soon as I found out I owed fees.... I paid.

If I get someone to make me a new eBay you think they will figure?
