I am surprised to notice that I can't login to the cpanel using the account information sent to my email. I have also attempted to login into client area but can't. From all indication, there is something wrong at their end. If you have used this, did you receive an email saying "only clients can use this department" or similar? if so, try their sales department instead as that would not make sense to limit. If you do receive that error, make sure you're using the email address you signed up with instead of a secondary one. Have you confirmed that your domain name was actually registered? Assuming you did not attempt to commit fraud or any other shady type behavior, if a fair amount of time has gone by (personally I would wait 48-72 hours) to see if they get back to you, I would just open up a dispute for services not rendered.
