Basically what happens with the Coinbox, Microwallet and Bitchest faucets is the different faucets all send the coins you've earned to the respective sites and these sites then pay you your Bitcoin as soon as you reach the minimum threshold which is usually 5500 satoshi. It's pretty easy to reach this threshold, especially with the Microwallet faucets as there are so many of them. Some even paying up to 1200 satoshi per captcha filled out.
