Thanks for shedding light on very important topic, most of beginners remain confused on this topic magento and jhoomla are one of the best CMS. They have very user friendly interface and hence easy to use. So I consider magento and jhoomla good platfroms for on-page seo Being "user friendly" and "easy to use" doesn't make a platform better or worse than any other platform regarding SEO. Actually you are mistaken here. User friendliness or easy to use has an influence in ranking. That alone will do not much good though. The term "user friendly" is a term that could be broken down into many parts to make "the whole". If someone says "what a beautiful sunrise", that sunrise, at least to that individual, would be made up of many parts both factual and personal. The time of year, the colour of the sky, the temperature, the surrounding effects (clouds, brightness, terrain) - all make up "a beautiful sunrise", which is totally subjective to that individual. Until a search engine enlists real "AI", being "user friendly" is a subjective term used by humans, which is made up of many parts, some of which are part of a SEs algo, and some maybe not. Well beauty is not included in my book as userfriendly. Userfriendly for me is the that the site is orderly done, with a thoughtful menu in header and footer. No slow loading images or movies where you use up your mobile data etc. Something which help all users regardless of taste. Don't discount "beauty". And BTW, it was an analogy: noun: analogy; plural noun: analogies a comparison between two things, typically for the purpose of explanation or clarification Of course loading speed, great navigation and imagery count for being user friendly. In fact an easy crawlable site can be indexed easier by the SEs. And while faster rendering sites may have an advantage over slower sites for ranking, the term "user friendly" can be part of the user experience and trend over to a SE's ranking algo too. Platform does not determine SEO friendly website. The only way of manual optimisation determines whether is it SEO friendly or not! The only way of manual optimisation determines whether is it SEO friendly or not! Do you mind explaining this last bit? I don't understand what you are getting at. If you want to optimize your site you should start from title tag you want to have your focus keyword in the title of your page. After that, there are many steps you should take like Meta Description, URL, HI Tags, Optimize Images. Didn't even read the OP, did ya. None of you who have replied have asked an important question in reply to the first part of the OP's opening post: I need to build A website, real-flesh.com cashlinkads.com merrygoroundads.com 2 domains shadptp.fr 8 hostel room rates gentlebitcoin.eu host jobs hiring What kind of website? Informational? Ecommerce? Did you actually mean you wish to create a blog? I understand between Wordpress, Drupal and Joomla platform. But know That which platform supports is best for SEO on-page..? Any of these could be over kill depending on what kind of website you wish to create. Regarding the SEO on-page portion of your question, anything can be made search engine friendly. What is required is the necessary skills to edit the background programming and theme so it produces search engine friendly layout and content features without adding plugins. Once you have that in place the rest of the on-page SEO work is up to you (or your content writer). You configure the install. You create and insert the content. You shape and format the content. You optimize page names, titles and descriptions. I agree with you.... In my opinion Wordpress is best, it is an SEO optimized CMS, and you can enhance the functionality and SEO of this CMS with plugins and custom development. For shopping websites OpenCart i heard is more secure. I dont have any personal experience with that. But in my opinion Wordpress is the best option if you choose a CMS for website building. How is the WordPress CMS optimized for SEO? Rest assured it is not. No CMS comes as SEO friendly as a HTML + Php site without its tedious admin area. Wordpress now with Gutenberg did a huge step forwards and the bloated code went just a tiny bit more bloated. I guess the developers thought it won't matter? Html hand developed is tidier than any php throw-out, which are dished out by CMS. In comparison the code of Wordpress is better than the code of Vbulletin, man they leave open spaces you could park a car in. (toy) Accrete likes this. I can recommend wordpress for you if you are a beginner . it could be much easier to do on page and you can explore more in wordpress. Comparatively it has more no of plugins which will reduce developer dependency & changes can be made through plugins instantly. A WP platform for plugin usage for SEO - Ok, yes (sort of). But the CMS, in of itself, has no bearing on any SEO related benefits that I'm aware of. As a beginner, I've practised SEO on a wordpress website, and yeah it was pretty easy and usefull as it has lots of plugins, but I would say that neither wordpress nor other platforms are 'SEO-friendly' from the beginning. It depends on your skills and if you had specified what kind of website you want to build, the answers might have been more specific.
