How to create an affiliate link for every product search made on a site like this?
I was wondering how I can make all the searched items on a website return as/with affiliate links that generate income if people purchase through that generated affiliate link.

It is kind of like a meta-search engine like this site below:

Everything that is searched on that site comes back as an affiliate link.

But in my case I am planning to do this for ONLY one type of product / brand but that still comes from multiple providers / suppliers. So it is going to be a shop for one single type of product / brand.

How can I do this? How do they do this? Do I have to manually apply for each affiliate program?

I know how to build a website, hosting and stuff. I just dont know how to automate this process of listing the products as affiliate links on my site. Each provider / supplier also updates their stock, new items, price, etc. I need to keep that in mind as well.

Make a couple affiliate links and see what is different in the links from original link
