We do have a facility in the Netherlands, however it only supports our OpenVZ product line at this time. If you don't need kernel control from KVM/Cloud then that might fit your needs.

I found RackSVR on here, that might be one solution

I was hopping for more feedback, I'm wondering why they is such a poor response to this subject?

If anyone is following this thread, after many hours of deep research I also came across hostxnow and eUKhost as possible solutions. They both have reasonable VPS pricing and what seems to be a good 247 support team.
