For example, Let's say i add a description or text preview for my movie and say something like "Watch spiderman 1 2 and 3 here." would the results be drastic if I hyperlink " watch spiderman 1 2 and 3" vs "

Don't worry it's not that impactful. Sometimes you may like to do an very exact match in your anchor, but don't over do it. Nowadays things are really semantic which promotes the variety and penalizes the predictability.
The example you gave won't make much difference. Google is smart enough to know you're referring to the same thing.
