You will have to close the Spotify application, go to your ====>  Windows hard drive ===> System32 ===> drivers ===> etc ===> and open the host file with Notepad. Then, you will paste the content link of the content at the very bottom of the host file, you save, you close and you reopen Spotify. It will still be written "Spotify Free" but, you will have no ads because the ads are blocked in the host file
