Regulation is not the key to volatility. It is the combination of the two main parameters:-     The Distribution of welth. Just like 1% owns 90% of the world's welth, 1% owns 99% of Bitcoin.

It's as simple as that. The crypto-market just follows the general market rules. No regulation ever solved an asset's volatility.
