Could you please enlighten us further about what you mean and what you are asking?

Im looking to build a private cloud using multiple servers on each data-center
its like deploying OpenStack or other technologies to have a high available Virtual Machines

What are you wanting to host? 
Have you built your own network and have you got your own Ip range? 
Normally Private cloud setups are used by universities and large corporate / government organisations who already have equipment including their own networks already setup and who don't want all traffic going over the public internet. 
Well actually a private cloud is ware no traffic goes over the public internet, what you possibly want is a Hybrid solution ware parts of the network come from your own Datacentre / colocation and you can use extra capacity from Azure or AWS.

There's reasonably priced commercial support available for it if needed.
