In a move to encourage new users to join the network, the state-owned telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited(BSNL) has rolled out a new Rs 298 plan. The move also takes a direct shot at Airtel's Rs 399 and Jio's Rs 349 plan. Under the FRC Rs 298 plan, BSNL is offering unlimited voice calls both STD and local across any network in India along with unlimited data for 56 days. The company has not mentioned any FUP limit for the voice calls but there is an FUP of data access.
