A study of Harvard University argues that drinking five cups of coffee daily reduces by 50% the risk of developing diabetes. However, too much coffee can cause nervousness, so most experts recommend limiting intake to 2 cups a day, or switch to decaf. Either tea or coffee, studies have shown that decaffeinated contains as many antioxidants as normal. And of course, dark chocolate is better than white or milk chocolate.
