Etisalat users can take advantage of the “smart” machines that the telecom giant rolled out at different UAE malls to make paying bills and other transactions easier. For customers who don’t have applications that enable them to settle their bills using their smartphones yet, etisalat is offering another option during UAE Innovation Week. Etisalat rolled out the new Smart Registration Pads used by etisalat’s sales channels to allow automation of customer processes, including capturing emirates ID, passport details and GCC identification card details required to purchase etisalat services.
