How to secede from the Tyrannical Federal Government: A Guide For United States Citizens Want to share this link on social media? Then *click below*: http://www.addthis.com/bookmark.php (click to share.) I've heard about the petitions to the White House to secede from the United States from *all* 50 states. I thought that it might be a good idea to help you guys out since no one seems to know the proper procedures for seceding from the United States. First you should understand (in legal terms) just what the United States is. The United States a country made up of 50 INDEPENDENT and Sovereign territories and is a compact (or contract via the United States Constitution) between these 50 INDEPENDENT territories.. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compact_theory Meaning that just like a movie star or athlete has a contract (which can be terminated by the other side if necessary) you can TERMINATE (end) the contract with the federal government. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secession_in_the_United_States https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Principles_of_%2798 (or: http://bit.ly/Jw8nPr) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interposition https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Carolina_Exposition_and_Protest https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nullification_Crisis https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nullifier_Party EXPOSITION AND PROTEST - John C. Calhoun, Union and Liberty: The Political Philosophy of John C. Calhoun (1811) at the Online Library of Liberty http://tinyurl.com/pnwgyqp (Sorry original link was too long so I had to shorten it.) You DO NOT need to ask them (the Federal Government) to "please let me go." Come on guys, that's like having one of your kids asking a bully that might be beating them up everyday and taking their lunch money to stop it and give them back them lunch money.. All of have to do is elect someone with the BALLS to call for (AND ATTEND) Secession Convention an then VOTE FOR an Ordinance of Secession: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ordinance_of_Secession (Now that you know this you have enough information to move forward in BACKING OUT of that compact.) Here's a little bit of historical background into this subject: In the 1800's states that wanted to secede held what was known as Secession Convention. (Texas held one on February 1, 1861. South Carolina held also held one on December 17, 1860.) After your convention drafts the Ordinance of Secession and passes it you can then start operating as an independent territory! Mint your own currency, fly your own flag, run the economy the way you want to etc..... But it all starts by voting for either third party candidates or Independents who will actually CALL for, ATTEND and PARTICIPATE in the Secession Convention.
