Why some BitBin pastes are not in the latest pastes?

BitBin would flag your paste, but will not tell you why they have flagged it.
It seems to me BitBin does not know what they want, or they are not able to clarify what they want.
Also my internet security software is blocking BitBin as a not safe site.
It seems BitBin is a fishing and infectious site.
