Vinci 1.5 Headphones Jig/ $150 Paypal Jig: Receipt/ Serial not needed Photo needed Difficulty: 6/10 1.) Head over to http://en.vinci.im/1.5/support.html and decide if you want black or white headphones (this will be offered to you later). 2.) Send an email to support@inspero.im that sounds SIMILAR to this. Make sure to establish trust with the rep who will be reading this, and act like you’re just a normal person whose headphones really weren’t working. Adding some personal details like “I just got back from work” or “My son thought these headphones were really cool when he saw a video of them online” to build more trust. Below will only be the basic format of what to say. Remember, DO NOT copy and paste what is below and use your own syntax/ diction. “Hi. I recently purchased your Vinci 1.5 headphones and they just arrived today. They look beautiful, but after just 10 minutes of using them I noticed some liquid leaking from them, to what I believe to be acid from the battery. I know the batteries were good, so I looked at the headphones and saw like a spike poking out where you insert the batteries, which I assumed caused leakage in the batteries. I tried rubbing off the acid and putting new batteries in, but they still aren’t working… My son just advised me to get rid of them as they could be a safety hazard due to the battery acid. If there is anyway you could help me with this I would really appreciate it. Thanks so much for your time!” NOTE: Like I said, make your own story up and try to be personal in your email. Also, I recommend using different excuses other than battery leakage as this will be used a lot for the jig. Vinci Vinci First Intelligent Headphone That Understands You UPDATE: the “leaking battery” excuse is no longer working as well. You will need to come up with your own excuse. Examples: The headphones were cracked when you received them one of the headphones don’t produce sound the headphones sound distorted, etc This will lead to perhaps different questions asked by the rep. Answering them is not hard, use common sense. NOTE: I usually don’t like sharing exactly what I say, but I feel this is important. You can use this for reference and general language for jigging. HI! So I was listening to my Vinci 1.5 headphones for the first time today and they sounded great (and looked great too I must add) for the first 30 minutes of listening... At about 30 minutes though, I noticed a weird liquid leaking from the headphones. I'm pretty OCD about stuff so I made sure to input the batteries in correctly and all, but somehow the batteries started leaking. When I looked closely, I noticed a sharp edge in the headphones that to what I logically believe caused the leakage. I just went away and threw the headphones away because of the obvious safety hazard (my husband told me to get rid of them as well for the sake of our children safety too). If there is anything you can do to help I would really appreciate it. Thanks so much! 3.) You should get an email back from the rep saying: “Hello! Thanks for reaching out. We have had one other person tell us that that has happened....we are still very confused as to why that would happen! But we are looking into it. We can offer you a full refund or a partial refund with a Vinci Lite. Let us know! Best, Vinci Team” From here, I just say I don’t need a refund, but instead just the headphones. I have not tried getting a full refund (or partial with the headphones) because I assume they don’t just give checks/ gift cards, but you can for sure try. This is potentially a major cook if they send checks. You may need to send them a fake amazon invoice if you’re going for a refund. This isn’t a huge company, so don’t take advantage of it. Don’t try sending more than one to your house, because they will definitely catch on to you. With how easy and little time this jig takes, drop shipping these is a huge cook. Just remember to use different names/ IPs, language, etc when executing the jig multiple times. UPDATE: It’s confirmed that Vinci sends refunds through PayPal. Simply tell them you want a refund instead of the headphones when they ask. UPDATE- ALMOST GUARANTEED SUCCESS: Vinci has recently started to look at Amazon order numbers and verify them. If you want to guarantee that the jig works, purchase a pair of these on Amazon, wait for them to be delivered, then. Execute the jig. Simply return the headphones after you complete the jig. This is not needed, but definitely will increase success.
