1. Buy a CC but when buying one make sure it isn’t a big bank because PayPal has upgraded thier security 
2. Delete and redownload PayPal and turn on your VPN from the same state as CC is in 
3. Sign up with CC info and your set send $15-$20 at a time to your main account
