1. Call Apple then they will ask for Serial Number.

2. Explain that your Apple TV turned off while watching a movie and you tried to turn it back on.

3. They might ask you to troubleshoot the device. Well tell them you tried all the necessary steps. But they may ask you again so pretend your doing it. 

4. When that's over. He/She will ask you if you bought this from a retailer or apple store.

5. Say you received this from your father. But you can't reach him because he travels all around the world. And you can't really stay contact with him.

6. He/She will ask you to wait for a few mins to check details.

7. When the rep is back. They will offer a XShip:

1. FedEx Label

2. Send In Repair

8. Pick option 1.

9. The rep will setup the cross ship replacement.

FIRST PART COMPLETE! WELL DONE:

PART 2:

1. Send a box with dry ice. Or papers. (Too many tuts on this, find it yourself).

2. Send it and stick the FEDEX label on.

3. After you ship it. 

4. Email the rep (You will get a email from whoever after it after xship is setup)

OR Call the rep. (much better, quicker)

5. Give him/her the tracking number.

6. The rep will then process the cross ship replacement for you & remember if she/he asks for card info and shit.

7. Say you don't have it with you atm as your card got blocked because someone hacked you.

8. They will say its okay. (Its extra step for verification).

9. He/she will setup the replacement.

10. Get Your Shit!
