	Investigate and reporting all incident and near miss and always take corrective measure to prevent    re-occurrence.
	Ensure Compliance to all safety rules and issue disciplinary measure to violators.
	Ensure Conformity to the method of statement provided.
	Coordination of other sub-contractors safety officers with distinct responsible and high level of accountability.
	Carry-out, record document and issue daily, weekly and monthly site safety inspection and reports
