-Better High in 5 steps- For all my stonners out there here's 5 easy things you can do to have a better high: 1. Breatheeeeeeeeeeeeeee, Yeah breathing with full lungs does help a lot, because Thc is heavier than air and you need more effort to put it out. 2. Roll tighter & conservatively use the lighter. 3. Make breaks, i do 3 days which is how long it approximately takes for Thc to leave the body fat. 4. Exercise ? If you can it does help to sweat out the small lumps of Thc that hide in your body. 5. Stronger high isn't always better. Don't over do it. Have a certain understanding of what high makes you comfortable, i prefer smooth sailing than a storm of confusion. Pass it along more and don't hotbox is what comes to mind when talking about this.
