WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KCRA) — Three youngsters were discovered dead Wednesday inside a West Sacramento loft complex, and police are as yet searching for their executioner, officers said. Roger Hodges, 33, of West Sacramento, was recognized as the crime suspect, police said. Hodges was in some sort of association with the youngsters' mom, yet examiners have not figured out what that was, Sgt. Roger Kinney said.
