His name is Moses Mawo Atumiye of Jedam Spring Hospital Kuje, Abuja. I paid for a self contained room to him with an agreement and a receipt for the payment in January this year and when it was time for me to move in, he rejected the agreement and said he has increased the money of the rent.
I told him I am not paying a dime contrary to our initial agreement and if he is not comfortable with it, then he should refund my money back to go pay for another place.
Since January up till the month of August, he was posting me in the refund of my money. At a time in July after much pressure from me, he gave me a dud cheque which at the day I presented it at the bank, he was notified and his wife came begging with tears ,pleading to refund the money her self if only I won't take up the case of the bounced cheque.
As a woman I am, I listened to her and she promised to pay the money before July ending.
On August 31st I went to ask for my money and Just because I blocked his way, when I got there and told him he is going nowhere except my money is given back to me, that enough is enough.He punched me straight in the mouth and beat the living daylight out of me..
