Here is the method this is called daily motion method 


First you create Some dailymotion accounts and upload 3-5 non copyrighted videos in each and while uploading turn on video monetization copy all those video links to a text file 

Second create accounts in traffic exchange sites like hitleap,websyndic,
traffichive etc and get their premium subscription.now add your websites to the traffic exchange and in time put 90-180 random and in source put google or Facebook if you are premium otherwise put direct 

Now run traffic exchange in those websites to get minutes and you get views to your videos
