Investment isn’t plain sailing, and failure comes with the territory, but don’t make the same mistakes I did…

When I started out in investment I thought I could jump into it and find my way, but I made mistakes that could have been easily avoided.

I put together a list of things I wish I’d known before making my first investment, to help others avoid the small mistakes and learn from bigger, more important ones.

I’m no investment expert and this list certainly isn’t exhaustive, so let me know what advice you’d add.
