4 tomatoes, cut into wedges 1 green capsicum, sliced half red onion, sliced 1 cup olives 200g feta cheese Some olive oil Some red wine vinegar 1 pinch oregano 1 pinch salt Instructions: Combine the tomatoes, capsicum,and onions in a bowl. Add the olives around the ingredients, then top with the feta cheese. Add oregano. Dressing: Whisk the olive oil, vinegar and salt. Pour and serve.
