I am facing an issue regarding security projects, for example: last year we bought an antivirus licence for 500 (end point security), and made a policy in order to force everyone to install it, however, at the end of year, we found out that only 50 users were using the antivirus properly. I have discussed this issue and others regarding digital security, but the top management is not supporting us very well. I want to get full support from management, but I am confused about the way to do it. Additional Information: Organization: ISP provider. Size: 1000 employees My role: IT Security Manager/Technical Reporting to: IT Manager, Technical Director, CEO Is there a role/function dedicated to information security and/or information management ?
