        ...it takes less than 24 hours (e.g. BTC<->NMC trades) to complete 
           the transaction (get 15% of the 3% fee back)

        ...at least one of the users involved made successful deals of 20 BTC 
           (for loans: 40 BTC) or more with chmod755 on #bitcoin-otc 
           (get 20% of the 3% fee back)

Description:
        Both parties need to be registered #bitcoin-otc members and will have to agree
        to the trade in a PGP signed message. If there's a dispute the payer has
        to send a PGP signed message to chmod755 to stop the payment. 
        The payer must send this message at least 15 minutes before the 
        payment should be processed. In case of a dispute chmod755 will keep the 
        full balance until both parties agree on a Bitcoin address to send the coins to.
