Article length ranges from 500-3000 (estimate). It's not a .com domain but .org, still looks like a premium domain to me due to the word combination. For instance, the .com for this domain name is priced at $7500. Site has links from blog.fiverr.com, wikipedia, "niche" wikis and other extremely niche relevant ones. Not saying they can't be paid for and there might be a PBN or guest post shenanigans going on, still an overwhelming majority seem genuine to me. Since he is in a technical niche, I feel once he managed to rank high thanks to his domain and early PBN/Blackhat links, more links just came to him naturally. From the referring domains chart it is clear that the owner of this domain has a very good backlink building program in place.
