I also would go with a lower ratio, like 1:3 - 1:4 because of the time it takes for colonization and browning. Pasteurize at 160 4-6 hrs. I have grown both of these species, but i am no pro at them, I can get ya in the ballpark but i cant guarantee a home run Not mixing the hwfp and straw.
