What is covid19?
also called Coronavirus disease is a mild to moderate Respiratory illness

Infection in the nose,sinus and upper throat, some people might have cold like symptoms, high fever and a headache

Older people, those with underlying medical problems like cardiovascular disease, diabetes,chronic respiratory disease and cancer are more likely to develop serious illness.

How does it spread?
It can be spread by coming in close contact with someone who is infected,if someone who is infected sneeze, spit, or touch a something and you touch it and wipe your hands in your face 

How can we protect our-self?
you can Protect yourself against covid-19 by washing your hands frequently when it is dirty,then use hand sanitizers
wear a face mask when coming in contact with people to avoid spreading the disease 

cough in your  elbow, if infected self isolate
if you have any of the signs call your nearest health professional
treat everyone that may have signs with respect
