1. Open chrome private browsing fresh session
2. Turn on airplane mode and turn off WiFi and bluetooth
3.type in instagram.com
4. Wait 10 seconds
5. Turn off airplane mode and make sure WiFi is still off and now instagram should load in the private chrome browser
6. Make an account as a normal user would nothing sus. If it says signup blocked add an extra letter at the end of the username you entered and it should go thru
