1 lemon, squeeze the water
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
right amount of oil
Sauce:
½ onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp sugar
¼ teaspoon pepper
