Plat for 5 people Preparation: 1.30 Cooking: 0:00 Easy Ingredients 100g of powder biscuits 1 c. tablespoons cocoa powder 3 tbsp. tablespoons sugar 100g almonds 40g of dark chocolate pourdre + 30g butter 200g dark chocolate 30g of butter 3 yolks of eggs 12cl liquid cream 25cl liquid cream Preparation First, prepare the cake: Melt dark chocolate 40g with 30g butter, then put in a blender biscuit, cocoa, sugar, ground almonds and mix everything. Add the melted chocolate and mix well. Put this mixture into a bottomless mold you have buttered. Secondly, prepare the cream: Beat 25cl liquid cream to make whipped cream and put in the fridge. Melt 200g dark chocolate in a double boiler, add the 30g of butter, 3 egg yolks and 12cl of liquid cream, mix gently. Once the mixture has cooled, gently add whipped cream made previously. Once obtained the cream, pour over the biscuit into the mold and put everything in the freezer for about 2 hours. Exit 1 hour before serving, unmold and serve chilled.
