Does the account upvoting require any previous activity or age?

Is it instantaneous? 

I tried upvoting from multiple accounts but the votes seems to be ghosted.
You are probably not taking the right measures for Reddit upvoting/downvoting. Make sure to use a different proxy for each of the accounts. upvotes and downvotes register immediately. I've been away from the Reddit game for a while but I doubt that has changed.

Reddit didn't work like that. They got smart algo, according to me,upvotes stick from only account with regular activity. You cant just create bulk create and upvote instantly.
Any idea how many days old or how much activity/ karma is required for the upvote to stick?
Increase the link karma upto 100+. And use at least 1 week old accounts. Don't go directly through the link of your post to upvote.

Go from the link of subreddit and then find your post to upvote.
