We've been foraging for few years and have decided its time to take it to the next level, growing. I retired from the Postal Service this winter and need another project. We've been foraging Morels, Chanterelles, Hens, Chicken, Oyster and working heavily with Chaga. Our neighbor is growing Shiitake seasonally so we staying away for those. We're working on growing couple of the Oysters in bags to start. We picked up a large 40ltr pressure cooker and have built an inoculation room with a 1400 cfm blower in it and now building a pair of grow rooms.
