Share? You must be aware that lists of Forums are worth something. 
Most people I know don't share stuff they could sell, would you?

I would suggest you to work on the content of your website by improving and updating it regularly, rather than spamming by posting on the top 100 forums, That would i believe be a more permanent way to rank your website.
Are you suggesting that frequent updates give websites a good ranking like 1rst SERP?

I'm pretty sure the OP is just looking for links as it's their "link building" plan hoping for better SERPs, and not for traffic. Those that look to get links that can deliver traffic (qualified traffic leads specifically) will experience the highest rewards for their efforts.

I have checked the same list. It is a list of crappy forums Where lot of techie freaks meet. Totally time of waste if you want to find something useful.

What is your niche? 
Even if the forum sites are not relevant, Do you still want those sites list? 

Stop building links in such way or else your site will be in trouble someday.

I suggest you to get forum links from only your niche forums that only improve your ranking and traffic without facing any ban from search engines.

Would you mind proving how much increased ranking one can expect from getting links from forums? And when you say "get forum links", do you mean link-drop in post (which will be removed in forums well moderated), or do you mean signature links?
