A four-year-old girl's parents are demanding that child services shut down a Missouri daycare center after they were sent a picture of the child duct-taped to a chair.
The Missouri Department of Children and Family Services sent a picture to Elysha Brooks and Christian Evans showing their daughter taped to the chair at Little Learners of Florissant in Florrisant, Missouri.
The daycare hasn't responded to any attempts to be contacted regarding allegations.
But the girl's parents are adamant on something happening soon.
One of her teachers DuctTaped her to a Chair and posted her on SC (Snapchat),' Brooks said in a Facebook post
