We would like to welcome industry veteran Leonard Oremland to the Xponance family! As Managing Director, Head of Distribution and Client Engagement, Len will join the firm’s management committee and lead all aspects of Sales, Consultant Relations, Client Service, Marketing and Public Relations. He brings to Xponance® over 30 years of institutional and cross channel experience, primarily in global distribution leadership & engagement roles.

Before joining Xponance® in 2020, Len served as Managing Director, Head of Global Consultant Relations at OFI Global Asset Management (an OppenheimerFunds company) where he led all aspects of consultant relations efforts and was a member of various internal management, operational & diversity committees. His prior experience includes senior Distribution and Management roles at Ares Management, ING Investment Management and Cowen & Company. He began his investment career at Merrill, Lynch & Co. as a Financial Consultant and Research Analyst.
