1.1	SCOPE

This document will be known as the Pipeline Construction Manual of Projects Department of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (subsequently referred to as SNGPL or the Company).

II	
It defines the objectives of Projects Department and lays down the procedures to achieve the objectives.

III	
It also defines the duties and responsibilities of Projects personnel and the channels of control.

IV	
Any alteration / modification of this document would be possible only with the specific approval of the Management.
