hello i just moved into a bus and we made it into our new home only problem is we have no electricity and we will need it for summer( it gets scorching hot then) and i would like any info or advise on what i would need to set up a small airconditioning unit or even a regular fan. i dont think it would take alot of energy for a fan.

i tried looking online but i couldnt find what i was looking for. do any of you have any experience using solar panels?


 Well I no solar panels on like cars typically charge a 12v dc battery. So in order to run a air conditioner you'd need some type of inverter to convert you 12v dc to run a prob 120v ac air conditioner unit. You could prob find a 12v dc fan and hook that to the battery (i think RV's use them). But for an air conditioner I think you'll def need at least 120vac (or maybe you could get a RV AC that does 12v or whatever you got idk). I'm not really an expert in this so maybe others might be more helpful. If you have no idea what your doing I bet you could pay someone to design and install some panels and get you plugged in. Or maybe look for some stuff for an rv they might sell some kinda solar panel kit or sumthing like that:shrug:.
