Man ‘raped his friend’ then ‘sent her a sad face emoji on WhatsApp’

A man sent his friend a ‘sad face’ emoji on WhatsApp after allegedly raping her.
Ryan Falconer, 24, is accused of raping the complainant, a 21-year-old woman who cannot be named for legal reasons, at her parents’ home in Bradford.
The two had met and struck up a friendship a few years earlier, and would often chat to each other on WhatsApp, Bradford Crown Court heard.
