There is really no quick way to lose weight. To really lose weight you need to exercise a lot, and put a lot of effort to it. Do not believe in ads that tell you how to lose weight fast, they are mostly scams and some could even be dangerous to your health! If you didn't gain all that weight all at once you're not gonna lose it all at once. All i have to tell you is exercise a lot go running once in a while and do push up or planks as exercise. You can try a diet but in my opinion just exercise a lot makes you look fit and hot! Either way i hope you learn something from this and stay fit and healthy!
