Best web hosting for those on a budget? My Bluehost expires on July 2020 and I am looking for options. What do you require other then speed? Is there a specific location? Don't mind about location, most of my users are US and I am based in South England. Budget would be ￡10-15 a month, but I would be getting it in 2020 where I will be earning more so that won't be an issue. I really like the look of Hostwinds as their support was great, and they will transfer the site over for me which is something I a. cannot be bothered to do and fix the issues I will inevitably cause, and b. something I would not know how to do.
