    VPN
    Copy of Windows XP Original or Lite ISO

1. Install Virtual Box


    1. Download and Install Virtual Box

    2. Load up Virtual Box and click "New"

    3. Name it whatever you want, select Windows XP 32BIT

    4. Select up to 512MB or 1GB for RAM (this will be changed later)

    5. Create a new virtual hard drive, type VDI , Fixed Size, 10GBs is nice, 8GBs is also fine and have it located where ever you want it. Should look like this at the end.

2. Install Windows XP Original or Lite

    1. Start the new Virtual Machine (Click Start), Load up your ISO file and install.
    You can click on the folder to load up the ISO directly

3. Install Programs (HitLeap/Jingling, VPN)

    1. Download and Install HitLeap Viewer
    2. Load up HitLeap Viewer and login (this will save the settings)
    3. Download and Install VPN
    4. Setup the VPN and run it so that the settings are saved.
    5. TEST RUN THE WHOLE SETUP.
    6. When everything is working and you're getting minutes, AHCI Shutdown the VM of 'Send signal' to shutdown the VM.


3. Setting up the VM and Cloning

    1. Change the RAM to 256MB or 512MB in "Settings"

    2. Right click on the new VM and clone. Choose the new machine name.

    3. Next choose "Linked Clone" this will connect the new machine's hard drive to the original machine's hard drive.

    4. This will make a new VM that has all the settings you had in the first VM.

    5. Continue cloning till you reach your limit.

Q. What VPN do you use?
A. Sorry, I can't tell you.

A. Nooo...

Q. What VPN do you recommend?
A. HotSpot Shield, HideMyAss, OpenVPN or I guess...any pay VPNs

Q. Why Windows XP?
A. WHY?! It uses so little RAM that it's just the best. Like about ~300MB IDLE depending on the version.

Q. Do you have any other tips?
A. Yes, if you can, allow multi core use per VM, about 2 Cores. It won't use all, and processing is faster that way.

Q. Can I go lower than 256MB?
A. Apparently, from what I've heard, you need a minimum of 192MB of RAM so that the Viewer doesn't get any penalty.

Q. Why did you choose 1GB of RAM initially?
A. This allows the Windows installation to go a bit quicker.

Q. VirtualBox vs VMWare
A. I personally recommend VirtualBox.

Q. Why Link Cloning? Why not Full Cloning?
A. Link cloning allows the 2nd VM to use the 1st VM's HDD. This saves time and space.
