Default Hauppauge Capture Issues

    Okay I've tried this program on two operating systems on seperate hard drives at this point and I'm convinced its just horribly broken.
    1- None of the functions work this program does not record, stream or do anything useful period other than show me what ever input is displayed into the HD Pvr2.
    2- Almost doing anything makes the damn thing crash.

    Also for whatever reason it caused streameez to stop doing anything also, which is terrible because that was my primary streaming tool.
    I tried uninstalling/reinstalling it.
    I tried reinstalling my device.
    I tried running this thing in compatability mode and as administrator and I can't get it to do a damn thing.
    Now I'm stuck with pretty much nothing to use the stream with.
    Does anyone have any kind of solution for this?

    I'm officially pissed off. I can't do anything to get this #!%! to work.
    I've done everything logically possible. Thank you for making my hardware a glorified BRICK.
    Now I can't stream and now I can't record shit. All of my money down the damn drain.

    And in addition to that whatever stupid driver update the website provided has rendered my device completely useless. I can only record EMPTY files that have no video footage even with Showbiz. I tried to erradicate the newer drivers and install the older ones, but that doesn't work period.
    I offically have a #%@'ing brick I paid 120 bucks for. Thanks a lot. I appreciate how garbage your customer service is also. You ruined my entire streaming ability and my youtube channel and my wallet all at the same time.
