When trading option, know that being emotional is not gonna get you somewhere. So to stay out of being emotional when deciding/trading, you must be able to identify what your emotions are and use it to your advantage
What this really means is that usually before trading you must have trained and have at least a strategy, and if you are very certain about it, follow the strategy strictly. Don't because of what is happening or would happen trade greedily. Stick to your plan stick to your strategy that's it.
