One of my forum user raised the issue of BitNinja check keep popping up for him at random times of his visit. I haven't faced any issue till now with BitNinja but he is facing regularly. How can i avoid this and what the host can do to bring down the check?

whitelist the user ip in bitninja?

Everytime i ask the host to whitelist the user ip in bitninja, but how the user can avoid this. It seems the IP is blacklisted in RBL
