Chappal Waddi Chappal Waddi or as the locals call it, Gangirwal, is a mountain being shared by Cameroon and Nigeria. It is the tallest mountain in Nigeria and it measures at 2,419 meters or 7,936 feet. The peak is also the highest mountain in all of West Africa. It is possible to climb this monstrous mountain but you need to enter Nigeria if you want to do so. You can pass by one of NIgeria’s national park which is by the border of Cameroon called the Nigerian Gashaka Gumti National Park. It will be such an adventure.
