Queen Elizabeth II Opens Britain's New National Cyber Security Center (NCSC)

The 90-year-old queen Elizabeth II has formally opened in London the Britain's new National Cyber Security Center (NCSC).
At the opening were present her 95 year old husband Prince Philip and a host of government ministers including the finance minister Philip Hammond.
