Can somebody give me advice on how to send mass emails?
I have scraped the emails of several thousand social media connections. I am trying to email directly but most of emails get sent straight to junk and after a while my email accounts get blocked for suspicious activity.

No other way you can use softwares like snov.io and others but you still must separate your email accounts. I would advise you to buy several old gmail accounts and use 100 - 200 mails per account for sending.

Do you know anyway to send multiple emails at once. I used an email a year old and bccd 20 at a time after a few emails I got blocked and had to verify through text.

Try AWS SES or Sendgrid, you need to keep your bounce rate down below 5%.
If you've old yahoo & gmail accounts. You can send multiple emails to get this sorted. Also, look up for safe limits.
It is depend on the content of your sending email. If your content has some sensitive words then your email will goes to spam.
